How long does delivery take?

Stocked apparel orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 2–4 business days for main centres, and 3–6 business days for outlying areas. Equipment and bulk orders are confirmed with a lead time when we accept the order.

What does delivery cost, and can I collect instead?

We charge a flat-rate nationwide courier fee at checkout. Collection from our Kgapane, Limpopo branch (Block 17, Stand no 281, Ga-Seaphole Village) is free — choose Collection at checkout and we will let you know when your order is ready.

Do I need an account to order?

No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account saves your delivery details, keeps your order history in one place and lets you track order status live.

How do I track my order?

Every order gets an order number. Open it from your account, or visit the order tracking link in your confirmation — the status timeline updates automatically as we pack, dispatch and deliver.

Which sizes do you stock?

Most scrub tops, sets and jackets run from XS to 5XL depending on the style, and each product page lists the exact sizes available for that item. If a size is not listed, send us a quote request and we will confirm availability.

How do I choose the right scrub size?

Scrubs are cut for movement, so we recommend ordering your normal true-to-size fit. If you are between sizes or prefer a roomier fit over a long shift, size up. Message us with your measurements and we will advise.

Can I order in bulk for a hospital, practice or student group?

Yes — that is a large part of what we do. Use the Request a Quote page to build a list of items, sizes, colours and quantities. We come back with bulk pricing, lead times and one consolidated invoice.

Do you supply medical equipment as well as apparel?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Alongside healthcare apparel we supply ward and nursing furniture, vital signs monitoring, diagnostics, theatre and emergency equipment, infection prevention products and consumables. Capital equipment is handled through a quote.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Online card payment at checkout for retail orders, and EFT against an invoice for approved bulk and institutional orders arranged through a quote.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Accepted Answer

Unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within the window set out on our Delivery & returns page. For hygiene reasons, opened consumables and personal-use items cannot be returned.

Can you add our facility or school logo to the uniforms?

Accepted Answer

Yes, embroidery and branding can be arranged on bulk apparel and accessories orders. Include the branding details in your quote request and we will quote it with the garments.
